"CHAIRMAN" is a well-maintained example of this most popular Broward design. Thoroughly
surveyed and mechanically inspected in March 2007, "CHAIRMAN", was refit thereafter and
delivered north on her own bottom for the summer's cruising. Should you be looking for a shallow
draft coastal cruiser and one with classic raised pilothouse lines, three (3) staterooms plus crew

The yacht was professionally repainted white in color from the top of the deckhouse down to
the boot top. The bottom was also stripped, re-primed and repainted and all was complete
during August 2008.

including the trade in of a smaller (65’ – 70’) Hatteras or other Motoryacht as partial payment
for Chairman.
